Access to and use of the jete7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jete7 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not met. Any funds held in an underage account may be forfeited.

jete7 is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are not permitted to use the platform. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ascertain and comply with the laws of the jurisdiction from which they access jete7. jete7 assumes no liability for any breach of local law by a player.

Each player may hold only one active account on jete7. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where jete7 identifies the operation of multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, all balances may be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

When registering an account with jete7, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify jete7 of any changes without undue delay. jete7 may require documentary verification of any registration information at any time, including as part of a KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jete7 login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) to any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jete7 support at [email protected] immediately. jete7 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure.

jete7 may require you to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain promotional offers. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity document, a utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on jete7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may be subject to daily or weekly limits as communicated in the cashier section of your account. jete7 will not process transactions in amounts below the stated minimums.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by jete7 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that must be satisfied before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds (where applicable), eligible games, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry period for each bonus are published in the individual promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable terms before claiming any bonus.

jete7 strictly prohibits the abuse of bonus offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing bets on high-RTP game modes solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinating wagering activity with other players to reduce risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Players who have already claimed and are actively meeting the wagering requirements of a bonus at the time of any modification will generally be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms, at jete7's sole discretion.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, jete7 may void all related bets and winnings and close the account immediately.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, jete7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, jete7's standard policy is to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. jete7 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility.

jete7 provides all registered players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within the account settings. Available tools include: configurable daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and automatic session time limits; loss limits; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gambling activity. jete7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time and without prior notice where jete7 reasonably suspects: breach of these T&C; provision of false or misleading registration information; operation of multiple accounts; suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent wagering activity; suspected money laundering or other financial crime; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any other activity that jete7 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may request the closure of their jete7 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or bonus abuse may not be closed until the investigation is complete.

jete7 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee that access to jete7.vip will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond jete7's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. jete7 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a direct result of platform unavailability, provided jete7 has taken reasonable steps to restore service.

Gambling involves risk. jete7 does not guarantee that any player will win or achieve a positive financial outcome from their use of the platform. Players acknowledge that they may lose some or all funds deposited and that gambling losses are not recoverable from jete7. jete7's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jete7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, jete7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via email or a notice displayed on the jete7 platform. It is the player's responsibility to review the T&C periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jete7 platform following the publication of any amendment to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 7.2 above. Amendments do not affect any bets or transactions that were completed before the relevant amendment took effect.
